1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you as the user and musangking8 as the online gaming platform provider. By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by musangking8, you expressly and voluntarily agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at musangking8. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and balances forfeited without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is made. Documents that may be required include:

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to settle it through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. This Agreement is governed by applicable law and the appropriate jurisdiction.

• The decision of the musangking8 dispute resolution team is final for disputes relating to game technical matters.
• Members may not initiate civil legal proceedings without first attempting internal resolution.
